Rachel of Paws of Par is just lovely. She sweet talked our groomer shy dog and in just three short sessions our dog was happy enough to be clipped, our dog is putty in Rachel's hands. Overall - a professional service by a groomer who goes the extra mile to make sure your dog is comfortable, happy and calm. Our dog will continue to pop back regularly now, so that Rachel can continue her dog whispering/grooming work! Michelle

Absolutely fantastic, from the moment of arrival to the end, very professional and caring, made to feel welcome and safe knowing our Doberman was in the right place for his very first hydro massage and blow dry. I took my dog, Daisy, to see Rachel at Paws of Par yesterday for a well needed 'wash and blow dry'. It was her first time - and mine - at this wonderful place. It was exceptionally clean and well presented and Rachel, the proprietor, is a really exceptional young woman! She not only made Daisy feel at ease but I felt comfortable leaving my 'precious possession' with her. I nearly lost Daisy in January of this year due to massive heart failure. She spent several days in intensive therapy at both my own vets and Pride, in Derby, which is a centre of excellence in veterinary medicine. It was a really awful time and Daisy is NEVER out of my sight. I would whole heartedly recommend Paws of Par to anyone, who like me, only wants the best for their pet! Rachel has a lovely nature with the animals and instantly makes them feel relaxed. Daisy was wearing a lovely little bow on her collar when I went to collect her; she smelled gorgeous too! Just had my Cocker Spaniel groomed by Rachel and I am so pleased, she has done a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Paws of Par.
